CareLink
CareLink is a non-profit management service organization founded in 1997 to take advantage of collaborative opportunities, strategic innovations and with the intent of providing high quality senior care throughout the state of Rhode Island.
Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)
PACE provides care to frail elders who want to remain living in the community. The interdisciplinary team works with clients and families to develop a careplan that represents common goals.
Roman Catholic Diocese of Providence
St. Clare Home is a health agency of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Providence. In 2009, Diocesan outreach programs served more than 447,367 individuals in Rhode Island in its various hospitals and ministries, providing services, assistance and advocacy to those who need it most.
Rhode Island Association of Facilities and Services for the Aging
RIAFSA was formally organized in 1989 as an association of non-profit facilities and services primarily for the elderly. RIAFSA members include senior housing, assisted living, nursing homes and home and community based services. For profit members are now welcomed under certain circumstances. RIAFSA is also an affiliate of the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA).

Alzheimer’s Association of Rhode Island
The Rhode Island Chapter provides education, personal support and advocacy around key issues of concern to those persons in RI affected by AD and related disorders. Although the Chapter is affiliated with the National Alzheimer’s Association, it is supported solely by donations from individuals as well as by public and private foundation grants.

is a nationally prominent research center that studies the diverse health and social service needs of elderly and other persons with chronic illnesses.
